Noman P. St. Clair of Holly and Charlevoix died Saturday, June 8, 2013. He was 84.

Mr. St.Clair was born in Pontiac on Sept. 13, 1928, the son of William and Eva (Hardy) St.Clair. He served in the US Army during the Korean War and retired from GM after over 40 years of service. He was a wonderful father and loved woodworking. He was a member of the Amel Schwartz Post #149 American Legion of Holly and a member of the Flywheelers Club of Charlevoix.

He is survived by are his wife Jeanette; five children, Michele Wharton of Holly, Renee St.Clair of Howell, Vevette (Mike) Gazetti of Holly, Doug St.Clair of Holly, and Paul St.Clair of Grand Blanc; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandsons; brothers and sisters, Ken St.Clair of Arizona, Fran Simpson of Holly, Chuck Redman of Coldwater, and Frank Redman of Milford. He was preceded in death by his daughter Nancy and granddaughter Emery.

Visitation will be held from 3-9 p.m. Monday, June 10 at Dryer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 11 at the funeral home, with Chaplain Goodman Cox officiating. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery with Military Honors under the auspices of Hulet-Bravender Post 5587 VFW, and Amel Schwartz Post 149 American Legion. Memorial donations may be made to McCandlish Manor.
